2001 V70 T5 has one working remote while the other is toast.
Where can I acquire a working remote? (Any place other than eBay?)
(I live in Korea and the dealership here says they don't have any.)

That's strange that your dealer doesn't have one. There is more to the key fob on your car than just getting one from eBay...it has to match and then only the dealer can program one. If there is another dealer in your area, try them. They should be able to order any Volvo part for you and program it to your car.
