S80 2002 Trunk

I observe in my S80 2002 trunk that there is an orange switch (on/off) and besides it what appears to be a microphone. what are these for? The owner's manual does not seem to mention then and they seem to be factory fitted. See the pic attached.

Your S80 wouldn't happen to be equipped with rear park assist, would it?

It has park assist. Is that what controls it? How about the Microphone kind of thing. I have attached the pic. What would be the idea of switching the park assist off.

Sorry for being a question mania. I have master plan to upgrade my 2002 S80 by as much as possible . i want to add Navi, PCC and as much gizmos as I can afford to turn my old machine to to maybe a 2006 model. I am looking at comparing the spec with the modern machine. I know I won't change the chassis but the electronics I can.

What has changed between 2002 and 2006 on the S80?

It looks like the "Mafia Spy Cam Option" so you can monitor what your victims are doing in the trunk.

Yes, the switch controls park assist. No idea why Volvo decided to put the switch for it in the trunk. The 'microphone' kind device is identified as a "loudspeaker," part number 9187070. I have no *clue* what it does.
