2000 s80 Hard start cold or hot

We purchased a 2000 s80 n/turbo with a bad motor,we had a wrecked car ,same year, so did the normal swap,thats when the problem stated.Now it will not start hot or cold unless you give it a shot of carb cleaner in the intake.Once it starts it runs normal.Checked the dealer and was told "sounds like it needs a fuel pump",so we got a new pump and installed it,same problem.Any ideas what might be the problem?

Could be the fuel pump relay... Have you checked to see if there is fuel pressure at the fuel rail with the key in position II at the schrader valve?

Replaced the fuel pump relay,checked pressure everything normal58-60 psi.
