code e003 for cluster configeration error exists and glitches in dash digital and with turn signals cannot find code in on demand

Welcome to MVS.
That's a Volvo specific code: CEM E000 Control module communication Faulty communication; ECM E003 Configuration fault. I guess I need to know which one it was...ECM or CEM. Anyway, doing a google search I found nothing in response to either code. Hopefully someone else can chime in. Oh, and which car this is happening to would be very helpful information.

Actually, it might be DIM-E003, which is a software fault. VIDA says CDM reload, and replace cluster if reload doesn't resolve.
