How difficult to replace radiator on 850?

Post by Sting »

It appears I have to replace the radiator on my 850. I hear the plastic end caps tend to leak at this mileage. Where can I get the low down (steps/pics) to replace myself?

The sprinklers that come on at 3am sound like crowds of people asking-- "Whatcha doin to that 850?"

I used the instructions posted on volvospeed with success. There is some variation in the location of the supports that carry the radiator, but the key to the procedure is to drop the radiator core from the bottom leaving the fan and ac heat exchanger in place. Took me three hours start to finish.
Good luck.
