Parts Diagram for 01 S40?

i'm new to this do it yourself thing...i'v noticed how expensive it is to put these cars in the shop so i'd rather spend the time to learn how to maintain it. this forum is amazingly usefull however, i'm lost a lot of the times when people use the "car talk" and i have to literally research every word or where the most basic of things are. Does anyone know where i can get a diagram/glossary for whats under the hood...i got a lot of studying to do. it would help if there were plenty of pictures as im more of a visual learner

help anyone?

You may also consider VADIS, available from eBay. This shows the parts under various headings and has line drawings. There is also a fairly comprehensive repair section for the S40 with lots of photographs/drawings of the repair stages. As usual I shall advise you to check eBay UK where the prices for VADIS have been lower than the US site for some time and are now even lower with the exchange rate in your favour.
