Which synthetic oil to use in my volvo

Hello I have a volvo S40 2001 which is over the 160k miles….. which synthetic oil would you advise me to use?

You're switching to synthetic at those miles?
Actually, it isn't a big deal if you're absolutely sure you have no oil leaks. If you do, the synth will make things worse. It is an old wife's tail that synth oil will start leaks....it is true however that if there's one already there the thinner oil will find it, and find it in a hurry. That said, I've always used Mobil-1. Biggest reason is, you can find it anywhere. Stick with the weight recommended in your owner's manual.
