Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Here's my 2000 v70. I love the colour, Dark Emerald Green Metallic with black leather interior. The body is very green when the sun hits it with golden flakes in it and when there is no sun the car looks black and moody.
This is my red 850R that I love dearly even though it's not as fast as my 850 turbo. This car has a exhaust that I created with the help from my local muffler shop and a turbo muffler. It also has a manual boost controller. This car is weird, at times it can hang with Shelby Mustangs, and a second later will get smoked by by 850 turbo, which by the way can't come close to a Shelby Mustang.

Up in the California snows

One day I had the brilliant idea to buy an extremely cheap set of turbo wheels. Hated them. The car just felt slow. Turns out turbo wheels are 10 LB per corner heavier than my old stock steelies.

Kept the turbo wheels on the car just long enough to repaint the steelies and ditch the plastic hub caps. Next step is to find a set of early 240DL aluminum center caps to hide the wheel bolts.

Parked next to my parents 960

Loving the fuel economy of the 5 speed.

Camping in the car in Washington state last summer. We used our tent to store our stuff. Car is far more comfortable to sleep in than the cold hard ground.

800 miles away from home at Mt Rainier in summer of 2008. You can just see the car at the far end of the parking lot.

Driving through the Siskiyou pass in Oregon in January 2008 with chains.

ratfink_v70_2000, I have the same colour and yea, it is a great colour! Love it too. The previous owner of my car actually changed the rims to 18" rims.
