'94 940 wagon fuel pump relay

i can't find the fuel pump relay in my 940. pulled out the central electrical unit(behind the ashtray) to find an empty hole where the relay was supposed to be. there are no wires running to the empty plug-in. nobody seems to know where volvo hid the relay in this model ('94 940 8-valve non-turbo). anybody got any ideas?

It is taken from a Volvo publication and is borne out by VADIS which has a similar diagram.

thanks for the diagram. the problem is there is no relay at that location on the board. there are no wires leading to that location on the board. it seems there never was a relay at that location. there has to be a relay somewhere. i sure hope i don't own the only 940 set up this way. there is no indication that this car has been the victim of a jury rigger. i've been driving this car for the last five years with no problem. i also own '90 740. thanks again for the reply.
