1999 volvo s80 obd2 connection location?

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

I believe by law it's suppose to be only a few feet from the steering wheel- look under the driver's side knee bolster panel...like right under the steering column- probably on the left. Look down and under- it should be labeled OBD-II. Oh, and btw, it's not USB.
