Does anyone have an opinion or evidence as to the best performance booster for a 2009 S80?

I was researching the PCD Surge Performance Chip, but I am not fully confident.

First off, don't go for the cheap stuff- if you're not careful you'll damage things...we're talking about a Volvo- so, get what's quality and tired and true- Give Lucky or Scott a call at IPD (www.ipdusa.com).
