Got my 88 740GLE back! runs like a top and turns out that it is the 8v. But i'm looking to buy a new headliner for it and can't seem to find one?

That's a tough one. I'd start with http://www.ipdusa.com -- if they don't carry it, they will probably know who does. Or maybe try a local unpholsterer (spelling?).

Any shops that do custom work will have all the tools/adhesives on hand, and should have easy access to matching material.
