V40 2001 Fan Climate Fault

Hallo everybody, this is my first post.
Please can you help me to solve this problem:
the climate fan doesn't work, it's completly stopped.
I've controll the fuse and the fan's motor all it's OK.
Probably the climate controll it's fault, or there is something between the climate controll and the fan.

Check the fuses and the relay shown in red in the following diagrams:
