FCP Groton Introduction

Post by FCPEURO »

Hello everyone!

I am new to the board here at Matthews Volvo, and I would like to introduce myself. You all are welcome to call me by my first name, which is Brendan. I am the Network Administrator for FCP Groton, however my roles extend beyond that. I will be the acting online communications facilitator, here to talk about anything and everything related to all Volvos in general. We are eager to work our way further into multiple car communities so that our company can become mutually more familiar with the community members.

FCP Groton is one of the leading worldwide specialists in European automotive parts. Our part selection offers a full range of OEM, and replacement automotive parts for all of your European car's needs. We target a broad range of vehicles by providing an extensive database for Volvo, Saab, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche and Jaguar. Every day the long list of parts we offer for each vehicle is growing significantly, so please check back with us if there any part arises that you have not been able to find with us in the past.

At FCP Groton we take our reputation very seriously. With our dedicated and passionate employees it is no wonder that together as a company we have achieved a 99.8% positive feedback rating on even Ebay, over the course of 75,000+ unique reviews. This is something we are very proud of.

Despite FCP's new constant contact on this forum, I am sure before my arrival at least some of you have heard of our business, or have worked with us. I am not in the sales or support department however, so I will be considering everybody I meet to be a new face.

I look forward to talking to all of you. Please feel free to take a look around our official website by simply clicking the link in my signature.

Thank you for your time.

Brendan, welcome to Matthew's Volvo Site.

Matthew and the moderators push your company as much as possible as your stock and prices are very good. Unfortunately, living in the UK means that I can't easily avail myself of your services as I would have to pay import duty and VAT on any goods I bought, thus bringing the prices in line with UK suppliers.

Bill,

I appreciate the compliments. I understand your predicament. Some things for me are less expensive to purchase overseas, however usually even the shipping can inflate that cost above the locals. It's too bad =\.

Oh well. Thanks for the post, I'll see you around the forum I am sure.

Welcome aboard Brendan, I welcome you as Bill does. I will see about making your introduction a "global" one across all sections of this board so you'll have the most exposure. I really appreciate your company as I am one who owns 3 Volvo's and buys from you guys all the time!

Always good to have a variety of places to purchase parts from. I will have to check your site out for my next order.

Thank you! I'd really appreciate it if this post could become global. I'll make a point to send some free t-shirts your way  .

I am looking to work some incentives into this forum so keep an eye out for discount codes and such that will give only members of this forum money off their orders!

I'm glad to hear you have had good experiences! Thank you for the welcomes. I am not new to car forums personally, so this is all a very exciting addition to my work day.

I'm not getting paid to enjoy this, I already do 8) .

Brendan, what a coincidence. I literally just got off the phone with your store. I'm Purchasing right front axle shaft for my S60 (vibration while accelerating). Decided to got online to see if I could find any tech procedures and stumbled on this site.
I've always bought my VW and Toyota Parts fom FCP Groton and would encourage others to do the same.
Bring on the discount codes, could've used one this afternoon.
