960 1992 Speedometer and Odomete not functioning

You most likely will have a bad connection or bad wire. I believe that the speed sensor is located in the differential. So you should start there.

I have included a wiring diagram and instructions on removing the instrument cluster. Some have found problems with the this printed circuit on the back of the cluster which they have repaired with metallic glues or expert soldering.
