740 WAGON 91 Timingbelt

I was not driving the car when the problem occurred, It was thought at first that it had ran out of gas, and would not crank after adding fuel, After further inspection, taking off the oil cap and looking in when turning the motor over the camshaft was not moving, hence we believe that the timing belt has broken. I need to know how to change the belt and where to set the timing marks and any other info relating to this problem would be greatly appreciated.
