DDM (driver's door module) is around $350. Remote works through UEM (upper electronic module) in mirror assembly I believe. And there are a couple relays for central locking in the REM (rear electronic module), left side of trunk area.
EDIT: Oops, looked it up and relays in back are just for rear doors. Anywho, also FYI, if you replace the DDM it doesn't necessarily need to be reprogrammed at the stealership, but unfortunately there's no way to manually tell it the full up window position so it won't function quite normally -- you'll just have to hold the button down for the driver's window... passenger side module stores that info itself so it'll still go up automatically.

So I guess it's not just that one switch then. Maybe it's the module that controls all those switches.
Anywho, I'm fresh out of ideas for ya.
