Sorry for double posting but I doubt this would be seen in the original thread, after repairing a possible fault with my alarm sounder I am told to reset using the lock/unlock 3x procedure
How is this done ?

Close all the doors on your car. Using the keyfob remote, push the lock button, then push the unlock button. Repeat two more times.
