1988 740 turbo stalling out

I have a 1988 740 turbo, car will start, run for 8 to 15 miles then just quit no noise just die after about 10 to 20 minutes restart .This was happening over an over again.I have replaced rotor, rotor cap and spark plugs after replacing parts the car this time made a popping noise an quit running she will turn over but not start. I would also like to know if there is a place were I can go to find out were different parts are on my car.
