S60 SE D5 2004 REGistration-2005 MODEL-Rear tie-rod

I need to replace the rear off-side tie-rod which is a straight forward procedure. However the Haynes workshop manual only details how to replace the original, which is to reassemble to alignment marks made on the in board end of the tie-rod and the eccentric washer which were marked before removal. Please advise how/what the adjustment is to set the eccentric washer on the inboard end of the rear tie rod to ensure the alignment is set correctly.
