okay which turbo and where to get them

okay guys i am new here to this site and have done alot of reading but i want to upgrade my turbo to the 19t or whatever . i am in the process of doing stage 0 and will be ordering parts next week .
this is for a 96 platinum edition 850 . i am ordering the obx exhaust but im not sure on who i will get to tune it . i want to just bolt it in and go . so where do i buy them at

i am wanting to see around 18psi to 20 psi and i don"t want the turbo to be overworked at this boost . i want a simple bolt on combo and will upgrade injectors and fuel pump too

i dont want to go crazy on this car just something fun to drive and would like some 13 second timeslips

stage o
19t turbo
450cc or 550cc injectors
obx turbo back
would i need a v70r manifold too??
255lph fuel pump
who should i get to chip or flash it

OR should i just do a tune
fuel pump
obx turbo back
ipd cold air
and a 50 shot???

okay what do i need to make a this 19t work?
says direct bolt on but needs different flange. will the flanges from the obx turbo back kit work?

I would go one volvospeed and fine tryingbe. He has some nice turbos and might have a 19T that will bolt right up. I brought a 16T from him for my 940 and it was fantastic.

I prefer superchargers because they are cheap and easy to install which is especially good if you are new to it. I bought mine from this supercharger store and everything was good. The shipping was a little slow but thats it.
