850 T5R ABS & TRACS warning lights on dashboard

Post by fullonloon »

Hi

Have a problem with these warning lights coming on intermittently. Have been through the archives and couldn't see a definitive answer. Could anyone shed some light on the cause, fault or fix :?:

Thanks.

You have either an ABS control unit going out (big $) or your wheel sensor(s) are dirty or malfunctioning. I've never found out where these sensors are to help others, and never had this problem myself. Perhaps someone who knows will reply.
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

The sensor have been cleaned, the only thing left is the ECU on the unit which is expensive. I think, as it's not an actual fault, then we'll just live with it.
