Need help on A/C fan running too long

My problem got worse this afternoon after charging the battery for three hours I went to run errands, stopped 3 or 4 places ok. Then noticed the inspection sticker was out of date got the inspection ok then the battery is completely dead would not start while jumping off a new battery. This was a oil change only place they took out the old battery which was under sized only 550 cca don't know where that came from. After the car was started I got the air bag warning. I bought the largest battery that would fit in the space 850cca hopefully the battery issue is solved. But now the air bag deal.
Any solutions for the 99 S80.

we had a cooloing fan controller replaced under recall I know it's not the same thing but are you certain it's the cabin fan
that's running? (just asking)!
