Welcome, MaudieMay.

The dealer will usually be more expensive than the independent shop. My suggestion is to find a good Volvo indy and stick with him. There's one on Sante Fe I've been meaning to drop into to say hi and feel them out. Sante Fe... probably south of 1st but not by much if it is.

My dad (in Centennial) uses a guy who works at a dealer but does work on the side in his own garage. I'll ask him about the mech when I speak to him next.
