2006 XC90 Cup Holder center console stuck

2006 XC90 Cup Holder center console stuck

Hi Everyone,

The cup holder in the center console of my XC90 is stuck. I can pull it out about an inch or so but no more. I assume that the parts that expand out to hold the cup/drink are stuck on the inside but there is no way that I can get my hand in there to get them free. Any suggestions?
