S80 T6, 2002, P0135 code

My S80 T6 has the error code P0135 which I know is an O2 sensor. I just don't know which one and how to get to it.
Is it easy to replace?
Should I use a universal fit one or spend the $$ for the plug in?
Is there a diagram of where I can find it?
How do i reset the check engine light?
The VIN is YV1TS91D68605 if that helps

Unrelated but I think it needs to be done- when does the transmission fluid and filter need to be changed? I went to a jiffy lube for an oil change and they told me the transmission fluid was black although I haven't noticed any problems with it shifting, etc. And, yes, they were checking the other fluids as well and not looking at the oil thinking it was tranny fluid

The O2s are a bear to replace. The rears require you to drop the exhaust system. Crappy design.

I'd go OEM on the sensors - some people have had trouble with the generic ones.
