Immobilization problem

Immobilization problem

Hi everyone, I'm new to the site but was wondering if anyone could give me some advise. I'm rebuilding a 06 S40 T5 for my son and I had to disconnect the wiring harness from the ECM on the air box to get to another area. After putting everything back in place, the car will not start and gives me a Immobilization code. Any ideas on what I can do to re-set it? Thanks.
