1994 850 turbo turbo will not kick in

when it rains it pours. both my 850 and 940 have accel probs at the same time. simply put, the 850 turbo does not kick in. the car runs like a scalded dog when it does. but one day it just started to not "kick in" when depressing the accelerator enough to normally make it do so. It generally was running a little rough especially when cold. the trouble codes it reads are 0300, 0301, 0302 and 1310. Where would you start? Thanks (again). Clay in Atlanta

Those are all misfire codes. When was the last set of spark plugs? What kind of spark plugs are you running?

Or a full tune up for that matter. Also, are the plugs OEM plugs?
