2001 Volvo S60 2.4t fans not turning on??

Ok my dad's crappy Volvo has so many problems.... but now the latest problem is the FANS wont turn on???? Idk why?? He just got battery changed... also this car already needs a new Catalytic Converter..... is it related?? But the thing is the FANS just stopped working..... Any help? Thanks

It's the AC FAN, heater, regular fan, everything, no fan blows in my face anymore, its completely dead.

Are the fuses OK? Do any lights in the AC console come on?
