S80 2003 Reliability

Wondering if the 03 S80 is worth considering.
There's a cheap one around me with 110k.

I know the 4 speeds in the 99-02 S80 were junky, how about the 03?

My first thoughts are, is it cheap because they didn't spend the 800.00 to have the timing belt replaced at 105,000?
And was it serviced right.

It's not extremely cheap, just cheaper
It's a little under 7k.
Not too sure how it was maintained though. I'm not even sure I want this car anyways.

If it is a private sale that price is about right with the miles.
I would want to see paper work showing timing belt was replaced.
