AC works for about 20 mins and then just blows out warm air. Clutch engages during this time and of course when it stops blowing cold air, clutch is not engaged. I have R & R the compressor, (b/c you can't just r&r the clutch) but that did not solve the problem. System is completely recharged.

After AC stops working, if the cars sits awhile with the engine turned off, it will work again for about 20 min. PLEASE HELP!!!

Start by checking the AC relay. Swap it with a similar one that you know is working. If it gives out after 20 min but works fine up until then I would suspect an electrical winding is overheating and giving out. The relay has one and so does the magnetic clutch on the compressor. As you have already replaced the magnetic clutch lets go to the realy and try it.

You can also check at the relay to see if it is still getting its "turn on" signal after the 20 min is over and the clutch is no longer engaging. Hopefully its just the AC relay and not the climate control unit.

Let us know how it worked out.

The AC relay is on a small metal shelf behind the glove box. It is usually blue. The best way to get to it is to remove the glove box itself.
