How to change the cup holder?

So, I bought a 2001 Volvo s40 and the cup holder is busted. The dealership wanted to charge me over a $100 to replace it. I just bought the part, but now I have no idea how to really change it. Does anyone know? Do I have to remove the plate in the dash board or take out the radio?
