SRS Airbag Urgent Message

Can anyone tell me where to get an airbag scanner tool so I can read the code and fix what ever the problem is?
The orange triangle between the speedo and tach is also lit up, so I'm not sure if it is really an airbag problem or maybe an ABS problem.
They both came on at the same time after I started the car in my driveway. It's never been in an accident.
The airbag icon on the right side of the instrument cluster does go out after the engine is started, no check engine light either, just the message on the left side display panel and the orange triangle.
I did have the battery disconnected when I replaced the alternator a few weeks ago, but the SRS message was on many weeks before the alt died.
I'll try AutoZone and Adv Auto, maybe they can read SRS codes.
Not really interested in going to the local dealer, I want my own SRS/ABS tool as we have a 2001 S60 and this 2002 V70.

You're going to have to.
The Volvo dealer is the ONLY way to read the codes, you need the Volvo specific computer (VIDA)

Your best bet is to find a shop/dealer has the Volvo diagnostic scan system (VIDA plus Dice Diagnostic Tool). Generic scanner wont do you any good.
