headlight taillights lens 2004 c70

Both of the lenses on the drivers side of my 2004 c70 convertible were cracked by hail. I need to get them replaced for inspection. The dealer wants to sell me full assemblies. Is this necessary? If not, can someone recommend an after-market retailer? Never done this before and just want some honest recommendations.
