S80 T6 2000 how to reset airbag light

need help resetting my srs airbag light, it has stayed on since I put a new battery in, I have got a 10 in one reset tool, but I don't know where to plug it in on my model, the instructions say on the left side of the engine compartment near the shock mount, but I can't find anywhere there is a data link connector.
does anyone have a diagram, or could walk me through this. any help would be appreciated

Welcome to Matthew's Volvo Site.

The DLC must be accessible from the driver's seat. On the S80 it is under the left side of the dash.

I seriously doubt that one will work. This is the one you want: http://www.esetuning.com/BSR-PPC-Diagno ... lvo-ds.htm. It has worked great on my 2000 2.9, including SRS codes.
