Replacement of Rear Bushings

My '02 S60 2.4T has 73k on it. There is a rattling sound coming from the rear when I go over bumps. Checked for loose stuff in the trunk and found none so I'm assuming bad rear suspension bushings. I dont believe they have been done(owned it since 45k).
-Am I on the right track?
-How should I verify?
-What all should I consider doing while I'm down there and have it apart? (just trailing arm bushings, or everything including swaybar links?)
-I'm pretty handy and have done a fair amount of car fixing, but havent done this before. I have a Haynes book. Am I getting over my head on something like this? Seems pretty simple but you never know what your getting into.

Most likely culprit is going to be the rear sway bar link. This is an inexpensive place to start and they probably need to be changed anyway even if that is not what is causing the noise. You said you checked the trunk, just make sure the spare tire is fastened, that could also cause some noise. Part number is 31201603, per side.

I see a post in the next page about sway bar links w/ some good installation advice. I'll do the links and hold off on bushings unless you think I should do them at the same time.

Also...sorry everyone about the double post on this question...not sure how I did it & tried to delete the 2nd but couldnt figure out how.
