If the lights were dim and brightened when you turned the key,
that sounds kind of like a sticky relay contact to me. I'm surprised
that no other systems were affected, though.
Relays 105, 106 and 107 are identical, making it pretty easy to pull
and swap them to isolate and see if the problem follows a relay.
You may want to mark them before you get started.

I FOUND THE FUSE
Its fuse #3 !!! (When connected keeps my dash warning lights on with the key out)
I can start the car 100% and have all of the normal behavior from the cars lights with the fuse completely out.
When I turm off the car behavior is normal as well.
So weird! "Courtesy lamp control signal, CAT converter overheating warning, speed warning"
Im desperate to find the schematics for this circuit.
ALSO I already tried pulling both overload relays with no luck at all. Lights still on with key out. EXCEPT when fuse #3 is pulled
*update: my key fob works fine now too. Now that fuse #3 is pulled.*

The original fuse I pulled was #3 courtesy lights
When I pulled the fuse #2 for the fuel pump the lights turned off. Any suggestions?

Shorts under the main fuse box. Wires may be perished and shorting under there.

Each time you play with a fuse you are moving wires with shorts or opens. Tough to logic troubleshoot,you have to get down and dirty and inspect the wiring , including the stuff under the tape wrap

You could be chasing a ground issue too.
And that cluster of wires going under the relay container is a known sore spot, my early 850 did really goofy stuff when that mess got cruddy.
