You need 3 bar fuel pressure for the car to run do I think this is finding your problem. Can you get the car in a quiet place so you can listen for the fuel pump on key turning in, without starting?

I think you can swap PEM without issues. ECM will not work from one car to another. If you suspect that your problem is related to the lack of fuel- buy a bottle of "easy start" or "brake cleaner" and give a couple sprays into intake manifold prior to maf sensor or spray while cranking. If the car will start and run for second or two you have a lack of fuel and should concentrate on that area. However, if that does not change anything-save money and take it to professional diagnostic. Or see if you have reputable mobile mechanic that can come to your place with his scanner and scope and check everything.

Hello abscate; When I make the ignition in a quiet environment, I hear the sound of the fuel pump from the back seat. If that is what you are talking about.
But I don't know how many bars it is. Fuel comes out of the valve outlet on the engine side, less before the ignition, and more intensely after the ignition. As I said, I don't know how many bars it is, so it stayed like this.

I will also buy an easy starter and try to start it as you described.

If it starts and the engine stops after 2-3 seconds, this means that it is giving less fuel. So is the fuel pump faulty? Or is it the fuel pressure sensor?

Sir, I think it is time to throw the white flag and call for reinforcement. You are without car for more than month and we are not closer to find the solution. It will be cheaper to pay professional for diagnostics rather than buy parts and scanners at this time. I agree with jonesg that $15 sounds like a great option, but in much rather add some more money to pay professional for verified diagnostics.
It seems like you have fuel delivery, you mentioned you had spark, you reportable checkered the engine timming marks..so something is missing.. unless you dont need this car on the road and you want to play with it to fix yourself. Then start buying capable tools and we can try to help as much as possible following seeing clips of what was done and verified. However it is long and expensive road

Just checked the data from 1st page. He is using elm scanner as well. maybe Jonesg can help our friend with some tips how to navigate this scanner tool.

On the other note: how common is contrafact gasoline in Turkey? In the last effort I would possibly would remove the rear seat. Get access to the pump. Remove pump lock ring and gain access to the tank(clean around tank access and use compressed air to blow all dort away prior to opening). Evacuate all old gas and replace with 10L of fresh high quality gasoline. Remove the spark plugs and do the trick with oil into cylinders as suggested prior. Put new spark plugs and attempt to start.

As you know, I was going to check if the PEM was faulty.
However, for the PEM located in several different places in my Volvo s60 2009 model vehicle. I looked under the back seat, it was not there. I looked under the fuel filter, it was not there. I looked at the top of the fuel tank, it was not there. Unfortunately, I could not find its location. Where else could it be. I want to check it this weekend and be sure.

I use the scanmaster application. I sent the data there, in the previous post.
