Indycar tub -

Yellow drivers cell tub, then engine, gearbox, and rear collision structure. The fuel cell is within the protective tub between the driver and the engine.

F1 tub? Can't really show you an F1 tub, because it's all so secretive!!!

But similar in concept to IndyCar....

He doesn't use sawhorses the way we use sawhorses...

I feel like they're not organically aerodynamic to be as slippery as possible, they heavily manipulate and force the air to do a whole collection of things, in complicated and bizarre ways that need a lot of computer power. They create intentional vortices, which cause drag, to push another flow of air out and around something in order to hit a wing just right to make downforce. Look at those weird little jagged edges on the floor lip - everybody has some variation of these.
