04 XC70 crank no start conditon

Posting my foolishness for those that may come looking in the future.

It just needed some gas.

So, the fuel pump gets power for about 1 second at key on, and then gets power again during cranking. I confirmed I had power during a crank cycle. Added 3 gallons of gas. And it fired up. I guess my fuel level was just too low for the pump to grab it.

Hopefully that wraps this one up for now. Now onto replacing rear subframe bushings, shocks, and springs. Thanks for the assistance guys

When replacing the fuel pump, the drivers side of the fuel tank under the float was filled to the brim. The passenger side did look low. After replacing the pump I did jack up the drivers side of the car to attempt to transfer some of the fuel over to the passenger side of the tank. I thought the pump would be able to pick it up. I thought wrong.
