It just needed some gas.
So, the fuel pump gets power for about 1 second at key on, and then gets power again during cranking. I confirmed I had power during a crank cycle. Added 3 gallons of gas. And it fired up. I guess my fuel level was just too low for the pump to grab it.
Hopefully that wraps this one up for now. Now onto replacing rear subframe bushings, shocks, and springs. Thanks for the assistance guys
