The book calls for 90cc of PAG oil when the new accumulator is installed.

Last year there were some posts about ac clutches with just a skosh too much clearance that worked fine when cold but stopped working after a short while when they got hot. Sounds like the same symptoms: ac works fine for a while and then suddenly stops working. Starts working again after everything cools off. It was an easy fix if that is your problem. Look in the repair database.
