I don't know where all those parts you suggested like the pcv and turbo seal are, by illustrating like this I thought you could guess like that is where the turbo seal is or something else...

The turbos are on the back of the engine, the PCV is on the front. So the area you are indicating is neither of those. Can you take a pic and post it?
