Need to know removal procedure for the ABS Pump assembly

An exceptionally old post at this point, but struggling to get the cover off per your instructions. With the 10mm nut removed on the harness I only have 2-3cm of play, which doesn't seem to be enough to allow the black cover to clear the pump. My cover also seems to only move 5mm of so before getting stuck on something - is there anything holding it to the pump or are there clip-rings retaining it? Perhaps I'm not levering it sufficiently, for fear of breaking something.
