V70 T5 '98 p0172 Code.....NGK bkr63 installed?

OK so can someone tell me what the hell that pipe goes to on the power-steering end of the manifold. Some diagrams I look at makes it look like its part of the PCV, and an 850 vacuum diagram makes it look like its part of a different system :S

Luckily my PTC area doesnt look as sludged as that, its the other plastic pipe on the turbo that has some gunk on it.....I think its the return from the turbo (pressurized).

Hit a pothole and it knocked out the little cap I had covering the hole in the inlet manifold where the elbow broke (and the left front turn signal lamp!!), its blocked with a sharpie cap now. McGruber for the win!

Thats what I was thinking....hmmm, I'll need a replacement now I guess.
