Hello everybody, I'm a new 780 owner, from Italy, it's a 1988 model.
The car just went through a full service checkup, and I'm going to Get it from the mechanic soon.
When I drove it the other day, I noticed that the abs warning light went on as soon as I started the engine, and never went away. When I asked the mechanic, which had been following the car for years since the previous owner was my uncle, he told me it was kinda normal since the car hadn't been driven for years.
What do you think? He also added to go back for a free checkup in a couple of months. He is very competent, dealing mostly with classic Maseratis and Ferraris.

Maybe the front ABS tone rings are rusty and need cleaning.

Common issue...I've got Volvo TP 30838/2, which goes from 1982 and forward on 700/900 series, btw.

That, and cleaning electrical plugs with electrical cleaner.
