Shaking at 65mph plus feathered tires etc

Well it is finally back from the dealer and they supposedly just balanced the tires which took care of the shaking. I doubt it will take care of the tire wear issuer which seems to be less severe than I thought (tires seem to be smoothing out) ,perhaps it was realigned before I bought the car (highly unlikely I know). This weekend is the timing belt.
