Update:
Throtle cleaning - done here
The car feels better now. RPM are ok, and never dies again after driving in 6k RPM and hiting emergancy the brake pedal.
No consumption diferencens for now.
Exhaust gas analysis - pending...

hi there,
any news about the fuel consuption?
we have the same 2.9 non turbo motor and it seems to ne a heavy drinker.
how about fuel system cleaners like the bg44k?

I'm driving on LPG (afretmarket install) and such cleaners arn't interesting for me.
I drive on petrol only for test to be able to tell here any results.
Give a shot to bg44k

Update:
New spark plugs installed. here
When installing the plugs I saw that the 2-nd cylinder's plug is black and dirty. That make me think there is problem with the injectors, so:
Fuel injector cleaned. Injector num.2 was in not good working order, but now it is.

Results:
Engine running smoother.
Same bad consumption
