Two things can make for low compression test readings on that car: Throttle must be opened and the variable valve timing cam positioning is not at optimal position during starter operation and will make for less than ideal readings. Cylinder leakdown is the now recommended method by Volvo.
Whoever does the repair will need a cam holding tool and will need to set the intake cam VVT unit properly.
Also they need to understand the mark on crank pulley is not at TDC so they should not be bothered by that.
