By the way, I am seriously considering moving to Colorado at the end of the year. Anything I should know about the state? I was thinking about the Boulder area.

I need a volvo buddy too!!! all my friends are into their jdm cars. bleh!! I can tell you, gas is probably way cheaper out here. The altitude i think has a little bit of play into your motor. Other then that, the state is beautiful, lots of highways to cruise on, since we get snow, awd xc70 are prime!! There is also a volvo specialty shop called swedish motors that is located in boulder and are ranked very highly by volvo themselves so that is always nice too

I low sided on my bike a couple of weeks ago, so i am putting the turbo on hold for a paycheck or 2 so that I can get my bike fixed and ready to take to the track.

I decided to get a "R" manifold to compliment the turbo/exhaust and I am going to port the hot side a little to match the manifold/exhaust. I need the bike running to get around on in case the turbo swap is not a smooth operation.

Thanks, I hope it will, but Ian not sure it will ever be "done". I seem to have a problem with letting my toys stay the way they are, I may do a rally light bar and mud flaps and who knows what else after that.

I ordered gaskets and stuff for my turbo swap from IPD, still waiting on them. As soon as they get here I will do the swap. I also plasti dipped my grille, I like the way it looks but it is kinda coming off in a couple small spots, so I will probably paint it black soon...

Would just like to add, i just got my exhaust done. Nothing fancy but i got straight piped from the cat and a crazy muffler tip. Sounds so good. You can really hear the turbo spooling now too. Any news yet on the bigger turbo?

I have the bigger turbo waiting. I am just waiting on some gaskets and stuff. Should get here next week.

Gonna be quick as hell!! so on the grill, did you just mask off the volvo emblem and go to town on the paint??
