Remove the key and post a photo of exactly what light bulbs are on.
I may be able to help with a photo.

I hooked up the negative battery cable yesterday and no warning lights came on. I was getting the fuel pump cycle earlier as well. I started up the car and everything ran normal except for the door chime was constantly dinging, even with the engine running. I drove the car around for about 5 minutes and shut it off. The lights stayed on again (all red ones and orange ones). There was no power to the radio, horn, blower, etc . . . I started the car again and let it run a few minutes and shut it off. The lights are off again. The air temperature has risen here from the 20's to the 50's during the day.

The lights are off now, so I can't post a photo. Just the door chime constantly ringing when the key is inserted into the ignition.

Was this one of the relays that you unplugged?

Take out the blue door chime relay and throw it away. Annoying piece of crap.

I think BeJIN is on the right track - something else is causing this weirdness, and it does sound like a sticky relay somewhere.

Yes on the 106 relay. I removed all of the 100 series relays at the same time and the dash lights were still on. They are off now for whatever reason and the door chime is staying on constantly. I don't know where the 200 series relays are at on the car. Let me know where those are and I will remove 207. Have not found any shorted/frayed wires anywhere yet.

I removed all of the 100 series lights and the warning lights remained on. They are off now even though I did nothing to correct the situation. Now, just the door chime keeps constantly ringing. I'll remove the 207 relay when I can find this bank of relays. Where are these located at?

I was able to google the relay location and found it under the dash on the firewall above the brake pedal. Removed it and no more door chime. The warning lights have never stayed on again. Problem appears to be solved for now.
